As an optical transceiver factory, Youthton has its own convenience on training sales persons.

Every sales person works for a period of time in the workshop before he or she starts working in the sales department office. They learn basic producing steps of transceivers in the workshop.

After they start working in the office, they attend product knowledge training lectures very soon. On March 27 2024, some new sales colleagues attended such a lecture in the meeting room. The production department director gave the lecture. Transceiver function, package forms, key parameters, manufacturing process, testing procedures, were introduced to new colleagues. Everyone felt “full” in the brain after listening to the lecture. They will grasp the knowledge better and better as sales work moves forward.
